The Folly Comes Alive at Black Rock City, 2019

PLEASE NOTE, THIS RECORDING IS BEST HEARD WITH HEADPHONES.

Imagine a victorian, shanty village with a clock tower, shop fronts, bridges and a windmill cobbled together and made from salvaged wood the team has scavenged from all over the Bay Area.  The Folly “seaside” village will come alive with BRC residents. Bring your buccaneer, pirate and steampunk outfit and frolic at the Folly enjoying entertainment on the stage and exploring its nooks and crannies.  Or just come as you are at Black Rock City and frolic. Meet several members of the build team, including Designer and Build Lead, Dave Kean, recorded live at their build site at American Steel Studios in Oakland, California. The folly photo3
